- You can request up to 3 revisions before finalizing the layout.
- Any revision requested after finalizing the layout will incur a minimal fee.
- Wait for the Layout Invoice to receive the total amount for the Layout service.
- Upon reviewing the draft or the client's final approval of the layout, proceed with the full payment using the provided payment methods:
- GCash or Bank Transfer
- Kindly provide a screenshot of the payment.
- Upon completion of the payment, the Final Layout (High Resolution format) without the GVD watermark will be shared through:
- Messenger - File size should not exceed 25mb
- Email - File size should not exceed 25mb
- Google Drive / WeTransfer - For files larger than 25mb
- Your honest review on our page is highly appreciated to help us understand if any improvements are needed and to know your satisfaction level with our layout services.
- Please be informed that all layouts shared on the page are only posted with the Client's approval and consent.
- Ensure you have all the necessary GVD details before making an availment.
- Once you confirm the Layout Availment, fill out the Event Details Form.
- Feel free to share your preferred design, layout, or an inspirational sample design for us to work from.
- Remember, we won't replicate the exact design to prevent copyright problems.
- A ₱100.00 initial downpayment is needed upon confirmation of the layout availment.
- This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the availment.
- This is to prevent cancellation after the layout draft is provided.
- The downpayment is non-refundable if you decide to cancel after the layout draft is given.
- Expect the Layout Draft with GVD Watermark within the agreed processing period. Additional charges apply for rush projects.
- Review the layout draft carefully for one-time revision.

- Is there a discount for repeat customers?
- Yes! A 5% discount on total amount awaits for repeat customers who avails their next event/occasion. This to honor our Loyal customers for still choosing and trusting GVD. Please send a screenshot of our previous transaction for proof.
- How long is the typical processing time for the Video invitation to be done and available?
- For Classic events like birthdays, Godparent Proposals, Christenings and more, a lead time of 3-5 days is needed.
- For Debut, Wedding and AVPs.. a lead time of 1-week is needed.
- Can I send it to all my guests? Is there a limit?
- Yes, You can send your Invite to all your guests. There’s no limit on to how many will receive your Digital Invite plus it has no expiration too!
- Can I request revisions after I have approved and received the Final Layout?
- Yes. Revisions and changes after receiving the final layout starts at ₱50.00 depending on the extent of the revision requested.
- Where can I send the photos of my child so the photo resolution will not be deplete?

- Is the ₱100.00 Downpayment be deducted on the Final invoice?
